By purchasing any products or enrolling in any of our programs at Shift Scale (EPHEMERAL WINDS LDA) you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in our educational courses and programs.

1. Overview

Shift Scale, is a sales and marketing education company that provides digital training, coaching, and consulting services. Participation in our programs is conditional upon agreement with the following terms.

2. Term & Program Access

Shift Scale 3 Month Membership: 3-month term with weekly 1:1 calls, WhatsApp 1:1 support access, a personalised business growth experience and access to multiple resources, tools and opportunities that support business growth.
Shift Scale 6 Month Membership: 6-month term with weekly 1:1 calls, WhatsApp 1:1 support access, a personalised business growth experience and access to multiple resources, tools and opportunities that support business growth.

Access to support and materials will be removed at the end of your term - resources are frequently updated and amended to be as contemporary and up to date as possible.

You will have an opportunity to renew your membership at the end of your term, which will allow you to have continued access to the most up to date resources and training material.

If you choose not to renew, all access to training, tools, community, and call replays will be removed at the end of your term.

3. Refund Policy

We expect our clients to be fully committed to the journey and work required for them to get the most out of the education we provide. Therefore, all sales are final to reflect that commitment.

No refunds are provided for any reason. We expect you to join with the full intention of following through. All payments are binding.
Any chargeback attempts will be treated as fraudulent activity and will be disputed with the payment processor to the fullest extent possible, referencing this agreement.

4. Results Disclaimer

Shift Scale, makes no earnings claims, return on investment promises, or performance guarantees of any kind.

We do not guarantee specific business results, income, or performance. Case Studies and Testimonials from previous clients are not a reflection of typical results. Your outcomes depend entirely on your effort, skills, and execution. We are here to guide and provide resources. You must do the work.

By enrolling, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own success.
There are no promises of income.
This is not financial or legal advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content including videos, templates, playbooks, AI tools, systems, and coaching materials are owned by Shift Scale (EPHEMERAL WINDS LDA). You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use them for personal and business growth. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access.

You may not:

Share, distribute or replicate materials
Use frameworks, tools or naming conventions in other programs without express written permission

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep private any proprietary information shared within the program, community, or private channels, including discussions, strategies, client conversations, and business frameworks. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke access if you:

Disrupt the community
Breach any of these terms
Exhibit behaviour that is disrespectful, unethical, or not aligned with our core values

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
